The Kazakh welterweight has not competed in the cage for over a year and a half. Meanwhile, Dricus du Plessis engaged in a social media exchange with Caio Borralho, who traveled to South Africa to challenge the champion. Du Plessis invited Borralho to spar at his gym and threatened to post the footage, while Borralho responded by calling du Plessis childish and urging him to sign a contract.
