The UFC Perth post-fight bonuses were announced with Performance of the Night awards going to Carlos Prates and Quillan Salkilld, each earning $100,000. Fight of the Night honors went to Shamil Gaziev vs Brando Pericic, with both fighters receiving $100,000. Additionally, all fighters who won by finish and did not receive a main bonus, and who did not miss weight, received $25,000 each. This bonus structure follows the UFC's recent increase in performance incentive payments.
The UFC's post-fight bonus recipients from the Perth card were revealed on May 2, 2026, with four fighters splitting Performance of the Night and Fight of the Night honors, each taking home $100,000.

Carlos Prates, known as "The Nightmare," claimed one of the Performance of the Night awards. The 32-year-old Brazilian welterweight competes out of Vale Top Team and holds a 24-7 record, currently ranked fifth in the division. A switch-stance striker standing six-foot-one with a 78-inch reach, Prates lands 3.77 significant strikes per minute at 55 percent accuracy, making him one of the more precise volume strikers in the 170-pound class.

The second Performance of the Night bonus went to Quillan Salkilld, the 26-year-old Australian lightweight ranked 15th in his division. Representing Luistro Combat Academy, Salkilld carries a 12-1 record and brings a remarkably well-rounded game, averaging 7.95 takedowns per 15 minutes alongside a striking accuracy of 57 percent on 5.16 significant strikes landed per minute.
Fight of the Night honors were shared by Shamil Gaziev and Brando Pericic, with both men earning $100,000 for their heavyweight contest. Gaziev, a 36-year-old representing Bahrain under the KHK MMA banner, stands six-foot-four with a 78-inch reach and holds an 11th-place ranking at heavyweight with a 14-3 record.

Beyond the headline bonuses, all fighters who won by finish, cleared the scales, and did not receive a main bonus were awarded $25,000 apiece — part of the UFC's recently expanded performance incentive structure.

Why it matters
- Prates cements his standing as a finishing threat in a crowded welterweight top ten
- Salkilld's bonus highlights his emergence as one of the more complete lightweights outside the top ten
- Gaziev's Fight of the Night recognition keeps him visible in a heavyweight division where ranking movement can be swift
