Sergey Bilostenniy provided one of the night's most significant results, stopping Renan Ferreira by TKO in the third round. Simeon Powell matched that finish, also earning a third-round TKO over Emiliano Sordi to keep his name in the divisional conversation.

Magomed Magomedov, the 33-year-old Russian known as Tiger, edged Leandro Higo by split decision in a tightly contested bout. Magomedov carries a 21-5 record and brings an exceptionally precise striking game, connecting at a 63.4 percent accuracy rate. Higo, a 36-year-old Brazilian with a 23-7 record, is himself a technically efficient striker who posts a 59.81 percent striking accuracy mark, making for a measured, calculated exchange between two veterans.

Rasul Magomedov picked up a unanimous decision win over Rafael Xavier to round out the notable decisions on the card.

Among the finishes lower on the card, Thyla Santos stopped Yan Qihui in the first round.
