Mateusz Gamrot shared his perspective that Poland is cleaner, safer, more hospitable, and in many ways more modern than the United States. The Polish fighter discussed various aspects of life in both countries, noting that Poland had portable payment terminals in restaurants ten years before they became common in America. Gamrot criticized American hospitality, saying he was invited to barbecues twice where he would have gone hungry had he not brought his own food, contrasting this with Polish generosity. He also described American social interactions as superficial, with the standard "How are you?" exchange lacking genuine interest. While acknowledging benefits for his sports career in the US, Gamrot emphasized that life quality is not necessarily better there, and even his children prefer being in Poland with their grandmother.
