Gamrot says Poland cleaner, safer, more modern than United States

Mateusz Gamrot stated in a podcast that Poland is cleaner, safer, more hospitable, and in many ways more modern than the United States. He cited examples such as Poland having portable payment terminals ten years before they became common in American restaurants. Gamrot criticized American hospitality, recalling being invited to barbecues where he would have gone hungry without bringing his own food, contrasting this with Polish generosity. He described American interactions as superficial, noting the formulaic "How are you? Fine, bye bye" exchanges. While acknowledging the US offers advantages for sports and career development, Gamrot emphasized that life quality is not necessarily better there. He mentioned that even his children, despite being in Florida with beaches and palm trees, expressed wanting to return to their grandmother in Poland.
