A historical comparison shows how UFC lightweight division winning streaks have evolved over the past three years. Currently, the longest active streaks belong to Islam Makhachev and several other contenders. One year ago in May 2025, Makhachev led with 14 wins, followed by Paddy Pimblett with six, and Chase Hooper, Nasrat Haqparast, and Fares Ziam each with five. Two years prior in May 2024, Makhachev had 12 straight wins, with Renato Moicano and Pimblett at five each, and Drakkar Klose, Mike Davis, and Arman Tsarukyan at four. In April 2022, Charles Oliveira led with 10 consecutive victories, Makhachev had nine, Beneil Dariush had seven, and Claudio Puelles, Rafael Fiziev, and Tsarukyan each had five-fight streaks. The data illustrates how winning streaks and divisional momentum have shifted among lightweight contenders.
