Mateusz Gamrot discussed his views on living in Poland versus the United States during an appearance on the WojewódzkiKędzierski podcast. Gamrot stated that Poland is cleaner, safer, more hospitable, and in many ways more modern than the US despite governmental issues. He cited examples like portable payment terminals being common in Poland ten years before becoming widespread in America. Gamrot also noted that American hospitality is superficial and criticized the culture of bringing your own food to barbecues. He acknowledged the US offers career advantages for sports but emphasized that quality of life is not necessarily better, noting that even his children preferred returning to Poland after visiting Florida.
