Infographic shows light heavyweight has worst winning streaks among UFC divisions

A new infographic reveals striking disparities in winning streaks across UFC weight classes, with light heavyweight in particularly poor shape. Among the top 15 ranked fighters at 205 pounds, nobody is currently on a three-fight winning streak. Only one fighter in the entire top 15 has any winning streak at all, and that is Paulo Costa, who achieved one of those wins while still competing at middleweight. The data contrasts sharply with welterweight, which is considered the most competitive and deep division. The analysis excludes champions when calculating these statistics and examines both top 15 and top 5 fighters across all divisions.
