Tapology introduces opponent quality rating system for UFC fighters

Tapology has added a new feature to UFC fighter profiles that calculates and displays an "opposition level" rating. The rating uses a special formula and ranges from 1 to 99, taking into account only a fighter's last six UFC bouts while excluding fights from other organizations. Among the UFC 328 card, Sean Strickland leads with a rating of 74, followed by Khamzat Chimaev at 69 and Alexander Volkov at 67. On the lower end, Baisangur Susurkayev and Ozzy Diaz both registered ratings of just 4. The system provides fans and analysts with a quantifiable measure of the caliber of competition each fighter has faced recently.
