Tapology introduces opponent quality rating system for UFC fighters

Fight database site Tapology has launched a new feature displaying opposition level ratings in UFC fighter profiles. The metric is calculated using a formula ranging from 1 to 99, based on a fighter's last six UFC bouts only. For UFC 328, Sean Strickland leads with a rating of 74, followed by Khamzat Chimaev at 69 and Alexander Volkov at 67. At the lower end, Baysangur Susurkaev and Ozzy Diaz both have ratings of 4. The system excludes fights in organizations outside the UFC from its calculations.
