Mateusz Gamrot stated on a podcast that Poland is cleaner, safer, more hospitable, and in many ways more modern than the United States. He noted that Poland has had portable payment terminals for over a decade, while some U.S. restaurants only recently adopted them. Gamrot criticized American hospitality culture, saying he was invited to barbecues where he would have gone hungry without bringing his own food, contrasting it with Polish generosity. He observed that social interactions in America are superficial, with people not genuinely engaging beyond pleasantries. While acknowledging career advantages in the U.S., Gamrot emphasized that quality of life is not necessarily better there.
