Tapology introduces opponent quality rating system for UFC fighters

Tapology has implemented a new feature that calculates and displays the level of opposition each UFC fighter has faced. The metric is expressed on a scale from 1 to 99, calculated using a specific formula based on a fighter's last six UFC bouts, with fights outside the UFC not factored into the calculation. At UFC 328, Sean Strickland leads with a rating of 74, followed by Hamzat Chimaev at 69, Alexander Volkov at 67, Joaquin Buckley at 55, and Sean Brady at 54. On the lower end of the card, Baysangur Susurkaev and Ozzy Diaz both registered the lowest rating of 4. The system provides fans with a numerical representation of schedule strength.
