Tapology introduces opponent strength ratings for UFC fighters

Tapology has launched a new feature displaying opponent strength levels for UFC fighters, calculated on a scale from 1 to 99. The rating considers only a fighter's last six UFC bouts, excluding fights in other organizations, and is determined by a specific formula detailed on the website. For UFC 328, Sean Strickland leads with a rating of 74, followed by Khamzat Chimaev at 69, and Alexander Volkov at 67. Joaquin Buckley and Sean Brady round out the top five at 55 and 54 respectively. At the opposite end, Baysangur Susurkayev and Ozzie Diaz share the lowest rating at 4, with Jordon Santos at 6, and Yaroslav Amosov and Ateba Gautier both at 7. The system provides a quantitative measure of schedule difficulty for fighters.
