Mateusz Gamrot discussed his perspective on living in Poland versus the United States during a podcast appearance. He argued that Poland is cleaner, safer, more hospitable, and in many ways more modern than America, citing examples like portable payment terminals arriving in U.S. restaurants a decade after Poland. Gamrot described Americans as superficial in social interactions and inhospitable, recalling BBQ invitations where he would have gone hungry without bringing his own food. He noted that while the U.S. offers career advantages for fighters, his children prefer Poland, with his daughter once asking to return to her grandmother in Kudowa while sitting on a Florida beach. Gamrot emphasized that handling everyday matters is faster at home where he knows all the shortcuts.
