Mateusz Gamrot stated that Poland is cleaner, safer, more hospitable and in many ways more modern than the United States. The lightweight contender shared that despite Poland's governmental and legal problems, the entire country maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety. Gamrot cited examples of the U.S. lagging behind in everyday conveniences like portable payment terminals, which Poland adopted a decade ago. He criticized American hospitality, recounting being invited to barbecues where he would have gone hungry without bringing his own food, contrasting this with Polish generosity. Gamrot also noted the superficial nature of American social interactions and observed that his children preferred visiting their grandmother in Poland over Florida beaches. He acknowledged the U.S. offers advantages for sports careers but emphasized that quality of life is not necessarily better there.
