Tapology introduces opponent strength ratings for UFC fighters

Tapology has implemented a new feature that calculates and displays each UFC fighter's level of opposition on a scale from 1 to 99. The rating is calculated using a specific formula based on a fighter's last six UFC bouts, with fights outside the UFC not factored into the calculation. For UFC 328, Sean Strickland leads with the highest opposition rating of 74, followed by Khamzat Chimaev at 69 and Alexander Volkov at 67. The lowest-rated fighters on the card are Baysangur Susurkayev and Ozzy Diaz, both at 4. This metric provides fans with quantifiable data about the difficulty of each fighter's recent competition.
