In his last 10 fights after turning 38, Miller has posted an impressive 7-3 record with all seven victories coming by finish. His career was notably impacted years ago when he contracted Lyme disease from a tick bite, which changed his body composition and physical conditioning, but he successfully recovered and continued competing at a high level.
