The 23-year-old Dagestani fighter from Abdulmanap's school secured the choke from standing, took his opponent down, and finished the fight. All seven of Amirzanov's victories have been stoppages, with six coming by submission including two guillotines, a d'arce choke, a ninja choke, and a rear-naked choke. Amirzanov competes at bantamweight and comes from a Muay Thai and kickboxing background, being the son of coach Anvarbek Amirzanov.
