Joshua Van spent hours in prayer after his UFC win instead of sleeping

Joshua Van revealed his post-fight routine involved extensive prayer rather than rest. He did not sleep from Saturday evening until Sunday night following his victory. Van returned to his hotel around 2:30 AM and left for the airport at 5:30 AM the same morning. Upon arriving home, he immediately met with members of his church community for more prayer. Van emphasized the importance of thanking God and giving glory through continuous prayer throughout this journey.
