TJ Dillashaw avoids plastic completely, uses reverse osmosis water system

TJ Dillashaw revealed he has completely eliminated plastic from his drinking habits for several years. He avoids plastic bottles entirely and created his sports drink company's products in aluminum bottles specifically for this reason. Dillashaw has installed reverse osmosis filtration systems throughout his home in showers, toilets, and sinks to purify all water. When traveling, he makes stops at Whole Foods or Sprouts to purchase glass-bottled water like Mountain Valley. He regularly tests his urine and takes glutathione to remove heavy metals and plastic from his body. Dillashaw expressed frustration that it's nearly impossible to find an espresso machine without plastic tubing, despite his love for coffee.
