Yuza Kereselidze, grandfather of UFC featherweight champion Ilia Topuria and his brother Alexander, gave an interview recalling their childhood. He described how Ilia showed determination from age five, cycling 20-30 kilometers daily without complaint, and always spoke of wanting to return to Georgia even as a small child in Germany. The grandfather noted that Ilia was quieter when scolded compared to Alexander, who would argue back. He also shared that Ilia would steal car keys from visitors and beg to be taken to Georgia, showing his love for his homeland from an early age. The family now celebrates Ilia's UFC success together in Rustavi, Georgia.
