Carlos Prates wants Michael Morales fight if one more bout needed for title shot

Carlos Prates has stated he would choose to fight Michael Morales if he must take one more fight before earning a title shot. Prates explained the matchup makes sense because he is ranked number one while Morales is ranked number two in the division.
