Pavlovich reaches seven first-round knockouts in UFC history

Sergey Pavlovich has recorded seven first-round knockouts in the UFC. Vitor Belfort leads all fighters with 11 first-round knockouts, followed by Anthony Johnson with nine and Michal Oleksiejczuk with eight. Francis Ngannou, Andrei Arlovski, Cain Velasquez, Anderson Silva, and Derrick Lewis are also tied with Pavlovich at seven.
