Brendan Allen fires back at Sean Strickland, says he can beat him again

Brendan Allen says he heard Sean Strickland shouting at him during his recent fight and responded with a sharp insult toward Strickland's mother. Allen believes he has grown significantly since Strickland defeated him by TKO in the second round back in 2020, going 12-3 since that loss with wins over Vettori, De Ridder, Curtis, and Craig. Allen considers current opponent Edmen Shahbazyan an upgraded version of Strickland — faster and technically sharper — and argues the two are not comparable in terms of résumé.
