A full tally of UFC championship bouts where one fighter held a 10-centimeter or greater height advantage shows shorter fighters leading 31–29 overall, with a more pronounced 20–9 edge in lighter weight classes. Removing statistical outliers such as Jon Jones, Israel Adesanya, and Alexander Volkanovski eliminates any meaningful height advantage across all divisions. Ilia Topuria currently stands 2–0 in title fights against opponents at least 10 centimeters taller, and a win over Justin Gaethje would extend that record to 3–0.
