John McCarthy Defends Ciryl Gane Over Occipital Strikes in Pereira Fight

Referee John McCarthy has come to the defense of Ciryl Gane following the controversial finish in his bout against Alex Pereira. McCarthy believes Gane became overzealous in his attempt to stop the fight and began acting recklessly.
