Rafael Fiziev picked up another post-fight bonus at UFC Baku after finishing his opponent with a spinning back kick in the second round, his second such knockout in the UFC following previous finishes of Riddell and Torres. Fiziev admitted his vision was affected by a jab late in the first round, but regrouped and chose to throw the spinning strike anyway. After what he described as a difficult stretch in his career, Fiziev was emotional in his post-fight interview and called for a shot at the BMF title.
