Edson Barboza says Kevin Lee was physically stronger than Khabib

Edson Barboza has revealed that Kevin Lee, not Khabib Nurmagomedov, was the physically strongest opponent he ever faced, recalling being lifted off the ground and slammed by Lee. Barboza described Khabib as technically superior — always one step ahead — but said he feared submissions, not strikes, going into that fight. He also disclosed that he entered his bout with Khabib with virtually no training camp, having undergone major shoulder and bicep surgery just weeks before the fight was offered.
