Roque Conceicao vs Nilson Rojas Set for UFC 335 on December 12

Roque Conceicao is set to meet Nilson Rojas at UFC 335 on December 12, a fresh addition to the card for the event.

Rojas, 27, arrives at 9-1-0 and is a Peruvian fighter who trains out of Pitbull Martial Arts Center. He fights from an orthodox stance and stands five-foot-six, 168 cm, with a 63-inch reach, or 160 cm. Nicknamed "El Rayo," he is a pure striker by the numbers: he lands 4.42 significant strikes per minute at 50 percent accuracy, and his record shows no takedown attempts and no submission attempts per 15 minutes.

His most recent recorded fight came on August 29, 2026, at UFC Fight Night: Nurmagomedov vs. Song, where he lost to Bilal Hasan by second-round KO/TKO. That is the only loss on his ledger, and it came roughly three and a half months before this booking. If the December 12 date holds, Rojas will have a gap of just over three and a half months between fights, going by that August date.

Conceicao is the other half of the matchup, though no further profile data on him accompanies the announcement.

Why it matters

• Rojas is looking to bounce back from his first professional defeat, a stoppage loss that ended his chance to extend a winning run at the UFC level.
• His striking-heavy profile, with 4.42 significant strikes landed per minute and no takedown attempts, points to a fight likely to play out on the feet.
• The bout adds depth to the UFC 335 lineup, which is scheduled for December 12.

The matchup is part of the building card for UFC 335, with the event date set for mid-December. Further details on the full lineup are expected to follow as the card takes shape.
