RIZIN has announced a 10-fight lineup for Super RIZIN 6, headlined by three title bouts and two grand prix finals on Dec. 31 at Vantelin Dome Nagoya, as first reported by MMA Fighting.

The featherweight title fight carries a farewell angle. Champion Razhabali Shaidulloev, unbeaten at 19-0, makes his final appearance for the promotion before joining MVP MMA in 2027. He defends his belt against Kyoma Akimoto, who enters at 13-1. Shaidulloev's perfect record means Akimoto, with a single loss in 14 fights, is attempting to hand the champion his first defeat on his way out the door.

In the co-main event, lightweight champion Luiz Gustavo rematches Mikuru Asakura. It remains undetermined whether the 155-pound title will be on the line, leaving the stakes of the rematch unsettled for now.

Two more championship and grand prix bouts round out the top of the card. Saori Oshima defends her super atomweight belt against Natasha Kuziutina. In the heavyweight grand prix final, Tsuyoshi Sudario meets Edopolo King. A second grand prix final is also on the bill as part of the 10-bout announcement.

Why it matters

  • Shaidulloev's departure gives the featherweight title a built-in storyline: a 19-0 champion leaving for MVP MMA in 2027 could vacate the division's top spot shortly after this fight.
  • The lightweight rematch between Gustavo and Asakura is booked, but the unresolved title status will shape how much is riding on it.
  • Three title fights and two grand prix finals on a single New Year's Eve card give RIZIN a heavily stacked year-end show at its Nagoya venue.

The announcement lays out the main framework of the event, with the remaining bouts and the second grand prix final still to come into focus as the card develops.
