Carlos Ulberg captured the UFC light heavyweight championship by knocking out Jiri Prochazka at 3:45 of the first round in the UFC 327 main event. The event featured multiple notable results including Josh Hokit defeating Curtis Blaydes by unanimous decision in a Fight of the Night performance, Paulo Costa knocking out Azamat Murzakanov in the third round, and Aaron Pico winning a unanimous decision over Patricio Pitbull. Performance of the Night bonuses went to Carlos Ulberg and Josh Hokit. Other winners included Tatiana Suarez, Mateusz Gamrot, Kevin Holland, Cub Swanson, and Dominick Reyes.
