The list includes only fighters who have not competed in over two years or officially retired, with records verified through Tapology and Sherdog. Leading the list is Movlid Khaybulaev at 24-0-1-1NC, followed by Usman Nurmagomedov at 21-0-1NC and Movsar Evloev at 20-0. Notable additions include Razhabali Shaidullaev moving up after defeating Yuta Kubo via TKO at RIZIN LANDMARK 13, and Renat Khavalov advancing after his decision victory over Rauffeon Stots at PFL Chicago. Azamat Murzakanov has been removed from the list after suffering a knockout loss to Paulo Costa at UFC 327. New entry Mitchel McKee joined the rankings with an 11-0 record after defeating Sergio Pettis by decision at PFL Chicago.
