An unusual incident occurred during the co-main event of Southern Frontier: Beginning 6 when both competitors fell out of the cage during the fight. Fortunately, no injuries resulted from the cage exit at that moment. The bout continued and Alexander Sukhov subsequently secured a TKO victory over Ruslan Myrtaev in the following round. The regional promotion event featured the rare occurrence without serious consequences.
