Chimaev spent $600-700k building wrestling gym in his Chechen village

Khamzat Chimaev revealed that he spent approximately six hundred to seven hundred thousand dollars to build a wrestling gym for children in his village in Chechnya. He explained that he fights not only for himself but to create opportunities to help people, and the money allows him to do so. Chimaev addressed critics who say he has long layoffs and is inactive, stating that he doesn't care because he earns millions and is living his dream. He also mentioned that he earns even more money outside of fighting through sponsorships and business opportunities thanks to his name recognition. The comments were made during an appearance on the "Beyond The Win" channel.
