White explained that the production stage is being constructed somewhere in Europe, will be shipped to Philadelphia, and then transported by truck to Washington DC where it will be erected on the South Lawn of the White House. White stressed that UFC is funding the entire event privately with no taxpayer money being spent, describing it as a gift from the UFC for America's 250th anniversary. He stated the event transcends political divisions and is about celebrating the United States. More than 70,000 people have already applied for tickets through UFCfreedom250.com, with free tickets being offered for the Ellipse park across from the arena. Over 100,000 fans are expected to attend fight week activities including a two-day fan festival, press conference, and weigh-ins, with performances by Zac Brown Band and celebrity guests.
