Dana White showcased the arena design for the upcoming UFC event at the White House, emphasizing that the White House will be visible as the backdrop during fights. The custom-built stage is currently under construction in Europe and will be shipped to Philadelphia before being trucked to Washington DC for assembly on the South Lawn. White stressed that the UFC is funding the entire event with no taxpayer money, presenting it as a gift for America's 250th anniversary. More than 70,000 people have already applied for tickets through UFCfreedom250.com. The Ellipse, a park across from the arena, will host free tickets for fans. Over 100,000 fans are expected to attend fight-week activities, including a two-day fan festival, press conference, weigh-ins, and a performance by Zac Brown Band with celebrity guests and big-screen fight viewing.
