Curtis Blaydes revealed he and Josh Hockett rode together in the same ambulance following their fight. Both fighters were transported on stretchers to the nearest hospital, a 30-minute journey. Blaydes was positioned in front on the stretcher while Hockett was behind him. Due to the positioning of the stretcher backs, Blaydes could not turn around to see Hockett, but he could hear him speaking during the ride.
