Khamzat Chimaev spent $600-700k to build wrestling gym in his Chechen village

Khamzat Chimaev revealed he spent between $600,000 and $700,000 to construct a wrestling gym for children in his home village in Chechnya. He stated he assists with various needs in his village, including helping those who fall ill. Chimaev addressed criticism about his activity level, saying he doesn't care what people say because he earns millions and is living his dream. He also noted that he earns even more money outside of fighting due to the name recognition he has built, with sponsors and business partners seeking him out wherever he goes.
