The stage is being constructed in Europe, then shipped to Philadelphia before being transported to Washington D.C. for assembly on the South Lawn. White stressed that UFC is funding the entire event without taxpayer money as a gift for America's 250th anniversary. He described it as non-political, regardless of political affiliation.
