Quick read
Conor McGregor has reached a settlement with former sparring partner Artem Lobov regarding a legal dispute over Proper No. Twelve whiskey profits. Lobov had filed a lawsuit seeking a share of the profits after McGregor reportedly sold his stake in Proper 12 to Proximo Spirits for over $130 million in 2021. The case was scheduled for Dublin High Court on Wednesday but was resolved before trial. McGregor's attorney read a statement expressing satisfaction with the resolution and thanking Lobov for his contribution to the whiskey business. Lobov stated he was happy with the outcome, though the settlement amount was not disclosed. McGregor did not attend the court hearings and last fought in July 2021 when he lost to Dustin Poirier.
