Chimaev says he won't kill Strickland, citing religious reasons

Khamzat Chimaev addressed concerns about potentially injuring Sean Strickland in their upcoming fight. When asked if he would refuse to release a submission hold, Chimaev joked that killing someone is "haram" (forbidden). He clarified that he has no intention of seriously harming Strickland, explaining that while anything could happen on the street, inside the cage it is a sport. Chimaev acknowledged that officials would not allow him to go that far in any case.
