Chimaev says he won't kill Strickland, calling it 'haram'

Khamzat Chimaev addressed speculation about whether he would refuse to release a submission against Sean Strickland in their upcoming fight. In an interview with Zubayraev, Chimaev joked that killing someone would be haram (forbidden in Islam). When pressed about whether he would actually refuse to let go of a submission, Chimaev clarified that he has no intention of killing anyone and that referees would stop him anyway. He added that while on the street anything could happen, inside the cage it's a sport with rules.
