Arman Tsarukyan says Ryan Garcia owes him $40,000 from lost bet

Arman Tsarukyan revealed in an interview with Adam Zubairayev that boxer Ryan Garcia has not paid him after losing a bet on a stream. Tsarukyan claims Garcia owes him $40,000 and gave his word he would transfer the money. According to Arman, Garcia initially said he would count the money and bring it, then promised to send it to his account. Five days have passed and Garcia has not even asked for Tsarukyan's card number to make the payment. Tsarukyan mentioned he plans to go to the market with Hamzat Chimaev to collect from Garcia.
