Arman Tsarukyan says Ryan Garcia has failed to pay him $40,000 after losing a bet during a stream. According to Tsarukyan in an interview with Adam Zubairayev, Garcia initially promised to count the money and send it, then said he would transfer it to Tsarukyan's account and gave his word as a man. However, five days have passed and Garcia has not even asked for Tsarukyan's account details to make the payment. Tsarukyan mentioned he plans to go to a market with Khamzat Chimaev and Garcia to settle the debt.
