Tsarukyan says Ryan Garcia has not paid $40,000 bet from stream wager

Arman Tsarukyan claims that boxer Ryan Garcia has not paid him after losing a bet during a livestream. According to Tsarukyan, Garcia owed him $40,000 and initially said he would calculate and bring the money, then promised to transfer it to his account. Garcia gave his word as a man that he would send the payment. However, five days have passed and Garcia has not even asked for Tsarukyan's card number. Tsarukyan mentioned he is going to a bazaar with Khamzat Chimaev and Garcia to presumably settle the matter.
