Conor McGregor has reached a financial settlement with former teammate Artem Lobov, paying an undisclosed sum to resolve a legal dispute centered on the origins of the Proper Twelve Irish whiskey brand.

Lobov had filed a lawsuit against McGregor claiming he played a foundational role in creating the concept behind Proper Twelve, going as far as to assert he was responsible for the entire idea behind the brand. McGregor, meanwhile, reportedly earned in excess of $100 million when he sold his shares in the company. The settlement closes the chapter on a dispute that drew significant attention given the two men's long-standing personal and professional ties.
