ACA president admits most fighters use banned substances

ACA president Magomed Bibulatov candidly discussed doping issues within the promotion in an interview. He stated that more fighters use performance-enhancing drugs than compete clean, and noted that fighters accepting bouts on short notice are typically clean because they don't have time to use substances. Bibulatov revealed that ACA gave fighters six months to clear their systems and has been tracking which fighters use banned substances. He indicated that implementing comprehensive drug testing is expensive and would require cooperation among all Russian promotions, which he believes is unlikely to happen. The league is still deciding how to handle fighters who test positive.
