Burns vs Malott and Russian fighters make weight for UFC Winnipeg

The UFC Winnipeg main event between Gilbert Burns and Mike Malott has been officially confirmed after both fighters successfully weighed in. Russian fighters Mark Vologdin and Daria Zheleznyakova also made weight successfully. Thiago Moises and John Castaneda required second attempts but ultimately made their contracted weights, keeping all bouts intact. Notably, Castaneda had requested a catchweight of 138 pounds (63 kg) the previous evening, which Vologdin accepted. As part of the agreement, Castaneda will forfeit 30% of his purse to Vologdin.
