Strickland spends day in Newport Beach near Chimaev's gym seeking confrontation

Sean Strickland spent an entire day in Newport Beach, California, the location where Khamzat Chimaev currently trains, after seeing Chimaev's comments about trying to kill him on the street. Strickland repeatedly tagged his location on social media stories throughout the day, knowing that people who train with Chimaev follow him and would see his whereabouts. He was located just ten minutes from Chimaev's gym but the two never met. Strickland called out Chimaev for not showing up, saying he's the last guy in America Chimaev should be threatening. The confrontation Strickland hoped for never materialized.
