Strickland spends day in Newport Beach near Chimaev's gym after callout

Sean Strickland deliberately positioned himself in Newport Beach, California, where Khamzat Chimaev currently trains, in response to Chimaev's alleged statement about trying to kill him on the street. Throughout the day, Strickland repeatedly tagged his location on social media, knowing that members of Chimaev's team follow him and would see his posts. He was located just ten minutes from Chimaev's gym and expected a confrontation. Strickland stated he is "the last guy in America" Chimaev should be calling out, expressing disappointment that no confrontation materialized despite his proximity to Chimaev's training location.
